| Rolor Commercials Ltd. was established in 1982 by a group of local businessmen. At the official opening of the company's premises at Grannagh near Waterford, the then Mayor of Waterford Ald. Joe Cummins congratulated the directors on their initiative and wished the company every success. Indeed success followed and in the intervening years the company has become known throughout Ireland, and especially in the South East, for its dedication to customer service, keeping commercial vehicle owners highly satisfied and 'on the road'. This success continues to-day under the management of Joan Daly and directors Dan O'Connor, Neil O'Connor and Mark O'Connor.

Rolor is an official ADR test centre. Rolor is also and Approved Type Approval Test Center (ATC). Rolor is also an appointed Tachograph calibratoin centre.
In 2014 the company became part of the Surehaul Group of companies. Surehaul (Irl) Ltd was established in 1977 and are one of Irelands best known commercial vehicle dealers. From its base outside Clonmel, Co. Tipperary Surehaul sells Mercedes Benz Trucks and Vans. In September 2014 Surehaul moved its Renault Trucks franchise to the Slieverue premises. The now sell the full range of Renault Trucks and the Master Van from Slieverue. |
